Hidden Jobs is a public job-discovery platform built to help engineers find roles before they become heavily reposted and crowded across traditional job boards.
It was created by David Onyeka, a Backend Java Engineer from Nigeria, from a simple observation: many strong opportunities appear first on company career pages and applicant-tracking systems before reaching larger aggregators.
Hidden Jobs brings those listings together, normalizes the information, and makes them easier to search.
Why it exists
By the time a role appears everywhere, it may already have attracted many applications.
- find direct opportunities earlier
- spend less time searching across many websites
- view cleaner, normalized job information
- apply through the original company source
Current version
The current release is public and read-only.
- browse available jobs
- search by role or keyword
- filter by location, work arrangement, employment type, and posting date
- open the original application page
Accounts, saved jobs, alerts, preferences, and personalized recommendations are planned for future releases.
How it works
The system automatically checks saved career boards and job sources for new listings.
